Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
